I was apprehensive about how Osi would handle the long drive up to the mountains of North Carolina. She was definitely curious...

I thought she would eventually lay down, but half way into the trip and passing into NC, she was still alert as ever.

When we started to see mountains in the distance, I knew it wouldn't be much longer.

She finally laid down. For about 2 minutes. HA!

And after a bit of an afternoon rain shower, the sun came back out and ushered us into what we will now call 'home'.

I was lucky enough to be graced with the presence of the mister for the past 3 days, but he had to return to South Carolina this morning. He is in his first year of grad school and starts his internship full time tomorrow. I know he will do great and it was great having him here with me while I get settled in. Have any of yall moved and had trouble settling in?
